Like you, my life's journey has been deeply marked by the echoes of various traumas – physical, mental, emotional, medical, and systemic. These experiences, as challenging as they've been, have shaped me into who I am today. They've taught me resilience, empathy, and the profound strength of the human spirit. I've walked this path, and I understand the complexities and the pain, but also the incredible journey of healing and rediscovery.
Over the past 23 years, I've immersed myself in the world of Medical Anthropology, earning a PhD that has allowed me to explore trauma not just as a survivor, but also as a researcher. This journey has been more than academic; it's been personal, a way to make sense of my experiences and to help others like us. As a coach to over 5000 individuals, I've shared in many stories of pain and triumph. Each person I've met has reinforced my belief in our collective resilience. And as a public speaker, I've taken our stories to wider audiences, aiming to shed light on the realities of trauma, the nuances of healing, and the power of understanding and empathy.

My approach in everything I do – whether it's coaching, speaking, or just being there for someone – is deeply rooted in my own experiences.
